We all know toilet paper is not glamerous, but this holder is. It's of medium to higher quality, easy to put together and it just looks good in my bathroom. It also seems to be the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I'm really happy with this holder.

I love the design of this stand and it is super easy to assemble, but it arrived with a big dent in the base. Amazon quickly shipped me out a replacement, but that one arrived dented as well. The base is heavy. It needs to be so that it doesn't tip over but I guess that may be why it gets dented in shipment. Hopefully they will figure out a safer packaging solution.

Solid materials. Received it without any damage or issues. Went together fast. Ding it one star as the bend to keep the roll on the bar is not enough (more so because of kids). Would be better if it had a cap or better method to retain the roll. Though it would not deter me from buying again!

When I received the Free Standing TP holder, there was an issue with the rods for the stand, not fitting properly. Rather than just returning the product to Amazon, I contacted the seller, SunnyPoint. They responded within a day and immediately shipped a replacement to me. They followed up with a tracking code and made their product right. The new stand was very easy to put together and is quite sturdy.

It is not flimsy. It stands well, and is attractive. I plan to replace one in another bathroom.
