Easy to use and kids love it

Purchased these the end of December 2022 as a Christmas present for my 2 grand daughters ages 3 and 5. Within 6 months time 3 had cracked and one broke completely in half. My grand babies only weigh 28 and 35 pounds and only climbed with bare feet. At the time of purchasing item had a “Product Warranty” that said lifetime warranty against cracking or color fading. Now when you click the product warranty you get a blank page. Tried to contact seller about issue and got no reply. Seems shady since no response and now product warranty page is blank. Buyer Beware!

Update: The seller reached out to me and offered to send a replacement set. It arrived 4 days earlier than the date they gave me and I instantly set them up for the kids. Its been a couple weeks now and we haven't had any issues with the new ones so far. I plan on keeping an eye on them to ensure safety but I'm hoping the issue with the first set was just a fluke. My kids really do love these and if they prove sturdy/safe we'll be purchasing more for the rest of our trees and will definitely recommend.My kids loved these, we set them up exactly as instructed. They were up for almost 3 weeks, probably used at least a dozen times, we were just about to order more for our other tree and this happened. It’s a pretty solid and sharp crack, I’m lucky my 3 or 6 year old didn’t hurt themselves. I tried contacting the seller and couldn’t find any email or any way to reach them. I tried leaving seller feedback hoping I could reach them that way but every time I hit leave seller feedback it took me to another product to leave feedback for. EVERYTIME. I wanted so badly to leave a good review, the concept is awesome but the company seems fishy and I wouldn’t trust them. Do not recommend!

This took me about 30 minutes to get from box to tree. Threading the plastic holds took the longest. My tree also isnt terribly thick, so I ended up trimming the straps shorter to make ratcheting easier.The kids really enjoyed climbing. Some thought it was way to high, others wished I put them higher. The colors are great and bold.It seemed to work best for the 2-6 year old kids, or under 60ish lbs. If anyone larger tried climbing, the foot holds were less sturdy and started to bow outwards.

This climbing kit was easy to assemble, it works on a variety of different trees, and the plastic climbing holds can be used without the included ratchet straps for additional flexibility. My 7 y/o son has been very happy with this set and the bright colors give our backyard a fun summer aesthetic.As far as the durability and strength, I am currently around 175lbs and I was able to climb-up the same tree that my kids have been climbing, with no noticeable impact (no shifting, stretching, etc). I feel like these holds are durable enough to leave up throughout the summer months, but I personally plan to take them down when the weather turns cold.Great product for a household with kids, 5-stars of tree climbing fun!

Love that there is a bag that comes with these to bring them to any event or camp tree! Not to difficult to assemble. Tje rocks are pretty sturdy as well. Great gift for any young climber! May fot varios size trees due to adjustmwnts

Once I figured out how to use the straps, this was very easy to install. The kids were so excited, and I love that it can be easily transported (even comes with a bag!) if we decide to move!

A great way to safely encourage future rock climbers. Builds muscle and confidence at the same time. Strong hand pegs and I love the bright assortment of colors. Simple to rinse clean and should hold up to weather. Wonderful birthday gift idea. No sharp corners. Well made set.
