Even though the product is still under warranty, I’ve been trying to reach them for a long time with no proper response. Calls are either not answered or not handled seriously, which makes the situation even worse. Overall, the product feels unreliable and poorly built. With such unresponsive support, it’s simply not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
