Impressive! For the price point, I’d challenge you to find a better knife. I have hypermobility and this knife glides through everything I’ve cut with it like it’s not even there. Cheese is a particularly challenging thing to cut generally and this glides right through like it’s warm butter! Be aware, it is VERY sharp (as good, safe knives should be)! And according to my research, storing it in the leather case is a no-no long term as it will trap moisture. I plan to use this for years to come. Excellent balance too, leverage is everything when you’re dealing with mobility issues and this puts your hand directly above the cut instead of a typical knife where your hand is behind what you’re trying to slice. Also very versatile. I cut literally everything with this knife and it hasn’t had any issues.

Great knife. Used to cut chicken,steak and various vegetables. Nice and sharp. Be careful when washing it.

Nicely made, and very sharp. Priced right. My only criticism is about the sheath. Not its quality- it's pretty well made... Rather, the sheath mounting/belt loop is not good for this knife style. The knife handle sits at an angle that makes removing it from the sheath pretty cumbersome. A sideways, or diagonal mount sheath would be far better. Other than that, the knife is pretty awesome at "slicing and dicing" and looks cool! Just make sure you clean and DRY IT well, as it's not stainless steel...it is carbon steel, which can rust. HAND WASH ONLY! It's not dishwasher-safe... that will ruin the wood handle, and dull the blade.

This knife is as advertised. It's very sharp and believe me I know because just getting it out of the package I nipped my finger just a little bit. This is another knife that should be kept away from children and maybe even locked away because of the sharpness it could do some damage to anyone not just children. It's a nice size and fits great within my hand. It has a good grip.

Knife is thick and durable, the sheath is thin in comparison to the knife quality and the Belt Loop is very weak. If you’re getting it for the knife it’s a good choice!

I like this knife for it broad curved cutting edge. The handle design makes it much easier to use in a more comfortable hand position.

Not as sharp as advertised.

I was diagnosed with ALS in March of 2025 by noticing limited use of my left arm and hand. I use Amazon for most of my purchases for many years now. I entered in the search bar, kitchen utensils for one handed people and a wonderful new world opened up for me. I ordered this awesome knife and it is super sharp and well made and balanced for my situation. I can use it with one hand.

Yes it is little, sharp and needs to get used to it, as it is different to any other knives I have. The handle is designed for a small hand. I have big hands.
