Saving my job as I lose my hearin
Using with Plantronics amplifier. Works great. Comfy, love the cord length. Live being able to leave headset on, unhook from cord, walk around, etc. Sounds good. Clear. Better than the older version of this head set

Incorrect Microphone Piece
The headset I received does not match the product description. The microphone piece is different than what is shown and does not attach or function correctly. The overall build quality feels lower than expected, and the audio performance is noticeably poor. It does not perform to the advertised standard and I can’t use it for its intended purpose. Unfortunately, this product turned out to be a disappointment.

Best One Ear Headset On The Market
Love this headset for gaming, video conference, and discord chat. Everything is crystal clear and I can still keep awareness about myself with my other ear being uncovered. Being able to immerse and still be aware of my surroundings is the best for me. The best part, unlike two ear noise canceling headphones or earbuds, this stays comfortable to wear for extended periods of time throughout the work day or in a raid session.

DO NOT USE
EARPAD FELL APART WITHIN 1 WEEK- we used these for less than a week and the ear pad was falling apart, pieces coming off. Also needed a separate piece to use this with a landline phone-- POOR QUALITY

This headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear, I use this whilst working long shifts and with this headset being about half the weight of my previous one makes it far more comfortable to wear over long periods. The foam earpiece is comfortable and the headband applies enough pressure to keep the headset in place without it being noticeable even when wearing it for long stretches without a break. I find that I am not having to repeat myself during calls like I was with my old headset, I originally thought that this could have been an issue with the phone or network but since switching to this headset I have had no complaints about call volumes. The audio quality is good and seems to be louder than my previous headset without being too loud at the maximum volume my phone allows for. One thing that I have noticed is that the rotating joint where the earpiece connects to the headband has noticeably loosened off after a couple of months, I don't believe this will become an issue soon but could indicate a problem with the durability of the joint.
