Old Dog with Incontinence Issues
Older Dog here, love the little man but I was getting to the point of frustration that adoption was a huge factor. I was tired of everything smelling like pee, his lack of aiming skills where mats were concerned, and the overall cost to clean carpets, furniture, and just general unhappiness had by all.Enter these wonderful items!!!He no longer has mistakes and I no longer have to clean carpets. Just toss them in the wash and its done. And to the people complaining about absorption...I have no clue how you claim this but I can tell you my dog even for his size has soiled these things thoroughly (he is on steroids so he literally drinks cups of water a day) and it stayed in place and not leaked. Maybe making sure they are well positioned would be a good start.I will be buying enough of these that I never have to worry about running out from now on.

Best pee pads out there!
I have tried so many pee pads for my bichon over the years and these are by far the best. The elastic around the edges actually grips slightly around his little body and holds everything in place. We like ours size newborn or size 1 generic disposable diapers for a cheap way to keep from constantly washing them. The diapers fit perfectly inside. We've had these for several months and they are holding up well even after many washes. Very happy with my purchase, would buy again.

FLIMSY
Unlike the diapers I purchased previously from a different mfg./seller, these are way inferior. The white liner fabric is thinner, the filler is one layer of very thin material. My little sr 10# bichon/poodle mix tinkled 2 times -- that I saw -- short little tinks ....and when I removed the diaper, it was soaked and wet from one end of the fabric to the other. I probably could've squeezed the tinkle out had I wanted to. I like that the band is narrower, but I sure don't like the quality -- AT ALL!! I am trying to decide whether to return them for refund & order the brand I bought before, or just line the diaper with a human med-duty panty pad. that's my review -- don't buy unless you want to constantly watch & then change your pet's diaper frequently. both thumbs down :-((

He wiggled out
I bought these for one of my pack that was unfortunately in renal failure. It was the beginning stages and I was willing to fight if he was. These helped us tremendously when he would wear them.He had the ability to wiggle out of them in under a minute flat. They weren't sized wrong. I wasn't putting them on him wrong. He was just so slender that he could Elvis his hips and be naked in no time. I swear he was a nudist in a former life.I would put them back on and hope for the best. It got to be a game. I would tell him that if he wiggled out one more time I was going to break out the Duct tape and my staple gun. I swear he laughed.I used them with Amazon's Poise pads. He never peed through them. And he was comfortable enough to sleep in them.If we hadn't lost him, I would buy another set without hesitation. They were thick and fluffy, nicely stitched, well constructed and washed and dried with ease. I had to give four stars because he could wiggle out but I'm not sure if that's his body type or an issue with the product. Maybe both.

Great! As advertised!
I ordered several different brands, and decided to keep this one. I did have to size up one size, but they fit great and have saved my life in just one day. My 16 year old Golden boy had has urinary incontinence for several months, and is leaving puddles all over the house. After cleaning the floors multiple times a day, I finally decided to invest in these belly bands. I went through four in one day, so I had to order more, but it's going to keep my house so much cleaner!EDIT: I've deleted one star after using these for a couple of days. My complaint is that the rough side of the velcro is on the bottom side. Which means that if you don't wrap the band all the way around, part of the rough velcro is exposed. This creates a problem because our dog likes to lay on area rugs around the house. The velcro is sticking to the rugs, and when he gets up, he drags them around with him. It's very funny, but also sad. He's 16 1/2 years, with severe arthritis, and dragging the rugs around is really hard on his joints. If they just swapped the velcro pieces, it would be perfect.

Thank the heaven's for this invention!!
We got a new puppy and I forgot how tedious and stressful the potty training aspect was. I did not want my carpets and rugs smelling of pee and gathering stains so I decided to try these. I measured my puppy according to instructions and purchased the XS for my pomchi. He had to take a few days to get used to wearing it. I put a onesie designed to prevent puppies from accessing their surgical stitches after neutering on him so he couldn't bite at the diaper. After he got used to them I didn't need the onesie. He does not like to pee in these. He has peed in them maybe 3 times since I bought them. He makes a weird face and lays his ears back and doesnt walk so I always know when he is peeing in them. He makes an effort to let us know when he wants to go outside now. I always make sure to wipe his underbelly down very well after a pee because if you were to put a new diaper on right after the puppy will develop a rash just like babies do. As long as you clean them and dry them before putting a new one on you should not have any problems. These absorbed the pee 100% with ZERO leaks. I flip them inside out and fasten the velcro so they dont snag onto anything and toss them into the wash and dry them in the dryer. They have all come out just fine as the day they arrived. Potty training has been going very well. We are almost finished. I recommend these for anyone with a male puppy who has accidents or likes to mark.

puppy nappies
They looked perfect, but I need a mistake with the size; I bought xs for my Chihuahua, but they were too small, so best to measure

Solves my older-pug pee problem
High-quality durable construction, extra-large velcro pads for a secure fit, and stated waist sizing is accurate. I put inexpensive tape-backed sanitary-napkin pads inside these diapers to soak up the pee, and having four diapers enables me to rotate them as they get soiled.Update: My XL four-piece set measures 27" long relaxed, and 33" long fully stretched. Note that the 4"-long velcro patches at each end overlap with fitted around your dog's waist, so the effective XL sizing is 23" relaxed and 29" fully stretched. I can't praise these diapers enough; they are well made of high-quality material, wash and dry easily, and and tend to stay in place. Use with disposable panty-liner pads to avoid frequent washing.

Customize to fit my dog
My dog, a silky terrier is just over 13 lbs. and about 15 inches in diameter around the belly and I bought size medium. I found that the exposed grabby side of the velcro was getting caught up in blankets, clothes, etc. as you can see the white part exposed from the purple fabric in the first photo. I took a stitch ripper and removed the stitches from the velcro just up to the pen marked line that custom fits his size. CUT with sharp scissors to that line. Get sharp strong needle and button thread as it is TOUGH sewing through the heavy duty velcro by hand but all doable. You can see in the last photo my dog now has a custom fit without the extra velcro being exposed to catching on everything. He did pee in them and YEAH no pee in the house. I think these are great for what they do but should not be left on too long a time as the urine will soak the dog's hair and skin and will need to be rinsed or bathed each time you change the diaper belly band. The belly bands hand washed out easily with natural soap and hung to dry.
