Excellent Pop Filter!
This is probably a case of where "you get what you pay for." I have used foam-type filters on microphones, but this Stedman metal pop filter works the best, especially on "plosives" with "Ps" and so forth. If you are not familiar with this item, the disk is constructed from a metal screen (not foam) with tiny, curved louvers which direct heavy air blasts off to the side rather than directly through the screen. It is built well and the screw-on clamp has a plastic tip on the end of the screw to avoid marring stands, etc. Yes, it costs more than others, but in my opinion well worth it.

The clasp/clamp is too small
kinda disappointed. I had heard really good things about this pop filter. So it will not attach to as boom arm that is not round. For $75 this thing should work on any and every mic stand or boom arm. Yet it doesn't. They do sell an attachment $10 piece of plastic they claim will allow their current clasp/clamp to work on rectangular or straight sided arms. And I am sure it will but the fact is it further reduces the clamp opening. SMH. I am considering returning or asking for a discount. Maybe. I can disassemble;e a cheap pop filter with a larger clasp and make that work. Point is I shouldn't have toSince my first review I have figured out a solution. I have strapped the solid metal portion that has the clasp to the bottom of my boom and so far it is working really well. 2 Velcro straps and 2 zip ties and wahlah
