Q: Do the keys require the same amount of pressure to push down as a standard tenor sax?

The pressure required is a bit less, but still not too far off from playing a real sax. Of course the size of the horn is closer to a soprano, so the spacing is not the same as a tenor. I would liken it to the difference between a real piano and a weighted keyboard, i.e. similar enough to be a helpful practice tool, but it is not quite the same.

Q: What is it like to clean this? Obviously, it will fill with saliva and must be swabbed...or something.

The manual recommends to remove, wash, and dry the mouthpiece after each playing (which, just like on the real saxophones I own, I do not actually do). To answer your question, there is a plastic tube (like an aquarium air hose) running from the mouthpiece end of the horn down to the bell, and that is where the saliva drains, very similar to a regular soprano sax.

It’s neither. It has digital saxophone sounds( soprano, alto, tenor? Baritone etc.)

The mouthpiece and reed are just so it feels like playing a sax and don’t change the sound quality—it’s just registering your breath, not actually making the sound. You can take the mouthpiece off and blow in the hole and play it that way too.
