I bought these to use in the shop. I have a beauty salon and sometimes we need to check the processes we do in detail. Yes, we use a special magnifying glass for these processes, but it blocks us. So we needed a great magnifying glass that we could hold in our hands. The eyelash specialist working in my beauty salon sent me this product and I bought it right away.I wanted to share my experiences for people like me. Because I bought 2 magnifying glasses but it didn't work. Cheap design and it was useless. I wanted to convey my experiences for those who will use it for important works like me.We need to control the lashes when and when we make them. For every few lashes we attach several additional lashes. When we do this in a proportional way, everything is wonderful and perfect. Great magnification with a natty light built in. What a clever tool. Great for ‘the olds’ and for hard to see puzzle pieces.

The main area of the lens is nowhere near as powerful as shown in the description, it's 2x at best.Bought for my wife to help reading small print. She says it just about does the job.The light is useful though and does improve things.

The extra large magnifier with light was bought as a Christmas gift for an elderly relative. who has found it invaluable.Following on from his enthusiasm for the product I am now placing an order for 12 more to hand out to a group of elderly ladies who are enjoy reading but have difficulty reading small print especially on dark winter days/ evenings.The item was received before the expected date which was a bonus.
