Love this item. I work remotely on the border. So this item along with my Starlink Anker batt genny & sun shades make my work truck like my office . This is the most perfect size! Keeps food really warm, super easy plug and use for my man on the road. He often isnโt in the office at lunch and this was the perfect solution to his having a warm lunch.

No good
It doesn't heat up; it only worked once, and to charge it, I had to plug and unplug it repeatedly for the battery to charge. Terrible service from #AMAZON. It's been more than 9 days since I returned the defective product and requested a refund via an Amazon gift card, and I still haven't received it. I have to wait until February 21st. BAD SERVICE FROM BOTH THE SELLER AND AMAZON. I even have a PRIME membership. Disappointing service from both.
