just what i needed for the gym

They aren’t adjustable. Fake pocket trick. Lol
So I seen the bands were slightly larger in the picture but they really came in xsmall, med, and xlarge instead of being thicker or more dense to make it a different so called level. I am 5’1 and pretty small so I can only use one of the bands unless the others are right underneath or on my butt, which in case defeats the purpose cause you don’t use them that way. Other than the size variation I wasn’t expecting, I’m not mad. The resistance band is long af too. Basically my body length. Lol To be honest I wouldn’t get the whole package deal again, I’d get what I needed individually cause I can’t use half of this product.

I like the set, the circle sliders only work on smooth surface not carpet.
The media could not be loaded. Haven’t used it hard core just opened it but over all no issues so far 🫶

The bands are larger than I would’ve liked but still great quality.

Missing items
I just got my order and noticed I am missing the ankle straps. I wont use any of the products until it is confirmedthat they come in otherwise I will return it and buy something else
