Sehr gute Qualität, mit 100 kg Sand gefüllt sehr stabil. Meine Kinder (12, 15), die seit Jahren Fitness-Kickboxen betreiben, sind total zufrieden. Ich selbst boxe auch im Studio und kann dieses Produkt nur empfehlen.

Adjustable kickboxing/punching bag. I recommend filling base with water, if you need to move it and you filled with sand you will have a very hard time getting sand out. It’s perfect even for small spaces.
