I take immediately at the first sign of flu or cold and to calm down cytokine flares. Taking three capsules two times every day until symptoms subside. I work for a holistic vet clinic where my boss doles this stuff out to dogs with hard-to-resolve skin issues but she suggested it to me for a recurrent tonsillitis I've been struggling with for MONTHS while I wait for my ENT appointment that's still 3 weeks away. I am the end of second month and I honestly can't say anything about this product. I don't feel any difference in how I feel. If this doesn't change, I'll stop taking it after the third month. It's pricy and the benefits are kind of iffy. I wish I could brag about my energy level or feeling better, but I can't. I will change the review if there are any changes.

This product is amazing. I was going down with the flu. Taking this product & elderberry I was able to fight the flu, by the third day I was feeling like my normal self again.
