Builds the hands to cramp from the rubber being too hard but works great and shows great work and results for only 20 bucks and can take it anywhere is a great routine to stick by for beginners for anyone that wants a routine for follow for upper body.

This is a great add-on to any workout. It makes my push-up so much easier and I could do different areas by putting my hands in the different sections. I definitely recommend it. It’s also a very great gift. The qualities is really good easy to grab slip, resistance, and effective.

Good stable mechanism

So this board works really well, but I noticed it is pretty flimsy, and there is no way to tighten it back up when it begins to loosen after use. I only used it for about 1 or 2 weeks before it started caving inward when I'd use it. It's not very comfortable after it's doing that, as you have to fix it and kind of lose your pump from having to stop so much lol. Other than that, it works as intended. Definitely good for someone who's trying to get better with pushups.

I bought this for a friend. Its very sturdy and durable. It makes his workout effective as I've seen the results and the design is creative making the product easy to use.

Great product… My only gripe would be that grip is quite hard.. Not soft like other puship products..After a while the hands start hurting…Had to wear gym gloves to have cushion…
