My 4 year old has been changing her nail colour every two days for over a month since she got them and she's been fine. It peels of easily when she's ready to take it off and because she has polished my toes with it on several occasions, I can tell you it comes of with soap and water in a matter of three days if you prefer not to just peel it off.
