I have a 9 month old daughter, and I can already tell I am going to turn to this book for guidance again and again as she grows. Great tips for becoming a better parent, and how to care for your littles with grace, patience, and love. The author clearly practices what he preaches!

Todd really has a gift for tackling tough topics in such a way that they seem more practical and easy to accomplish. Nothing about parenting is easy, but this book really helps see the different phases of raising girls in a more practical manner. I loved the format of the book and his small vignettes about his own experiences raising girls. It is obvious that he speaks from experience in his parenting and his faith. No matter where you are with your parenting of your girl(s), this book has tons of amazing advice for how to raise her in a Godly, faith-based way. In a world where this is not the norm, a book like this is such a gift!

In this book, Todd has gifted parents of girls with an up-to-date manual on how to lead their daughters well. Each section is not only practical and useful, but grounded in Scripture and faith. He gives parents a well-rounded perspective on how to care for a daughter’s unique spiritual, emotional, and physical development in the 21st century. As a mother of two girls, I will refer to this book over and over again as it’s applicable to every stage of life.

The opening pages are so good and foundational to read and to help develop a biblical framework to approach parenting. This book leans into the differences between boys and girls and helps parents capture the importance of raising girls with an understanding of who they are and what is going on even in their development. As a girl dad, this has been super helpful!
