I have noticed that it helps with certain needs. But if you don't know why you need it, I don't recommend using it simply as a dietary supplement. I have noticed that it can reduce your weight to some extent but it can also affect your mental feelings. You can become more aggressive or depressed. Afterwards I studied the properties of wormwood in more detail and came to the personal opinion that it is, to some extent, a poisonous plant. I just want to warn some people who might find this useful.

Following dr Rawls protocol and this product along with carnivore diet high animal fat cleared the barbesia out of my blood , i can breathe . Protocol for further healing still in progress but this product very good will use other supplements of this brand bery happy
