As advertised; easy to read
Does what it's supposed to do. I think it's accurate...?

Cute, functional, but wish it had a back light
As the title states, what this is missing is a backlight. I put this little device in the bassinet because it is super small and I want to check the temperature inside the bassinet to ensure the baby is comfortable. However sometimes I want to check it in the middle of the night when feeding without turning on all the lights, and sadly this is a big miss for the device. Also, the dials to adjust the time on this are not intuitive, I have to go back to the manual to figure out how to change the time, and there are these strange circle designs on the front panel that look like they could be touch buttons but they’re not.

Helpful for new parents
I’ve been using this in the baby’s room for a year now and am very pleased. It gives a very good reading of the temperature and humidity in the room which made it easy for me to figure out how to dress baby for bed. only criticism would be that there is no back lit feature which makes it hard to read at night. Other than this, it is good value for the money you spend compared to a $50+ gro egg.

Great tool for the price
We bought one to put in the room where our baby will have her bed. It’s very dry in our apartment and it’s given us an idea how much so, so now we can start working on a solution. We plan on buying more to put around the house. The design is cute and pretty sturdy. The only downsides are that there is no backlight, and that once I put the alarm on, it took me three days to figure out how to turn it off (there is a tiny dot at the bottom of the screen that indicates whether it’s on or not and I just couldn’t see it).

Not accurate enough for its purpose
I like the design but in comparing it to three other thermometers in my home, it was off by at least 0.9C and sometimes more. I compared it to another hydrometer from my green house and it read about 5% below that one. I couldn't find anywhere in the manual or online the accuracy range for this device, but my comparisons give me concern that it is probably not accurate enough to use for the serious business of assessing room temperatures and humidity levels for the sake of dressing a baby.

Works great, nicely compact but wish buttons weren't so loud
Works and looks great but agree with others that a backlight would be a nice feature - not to have on all the time but if you could press to turn on when needed. Even in daylight the screen is hard to read straight on. Works best from an angle. Also, pressing any of the buttons (time, Celsius to Fahrenheit, etc.) makes a horrible loud beep. Considering this is supposed to be for a baby's room, I'd expect to be able to push the buttons silently let alone without an ear piercing tone. Not expecting to ever use the alarm feature but definitely wouldn't want myself or my baby waking up to that.
