Hooks and eyes are pointless - the zipper provides the size
I was only looking for something to smooth my midsection under a couple clingy dresses, not to temporarily sweat off pounds or squeeze myself into fainting, so I wanted a cincher that would be comfortable and not show under clothes. This one looked smooth and I thought it would be more adjustable than those ones that are about 20 hooks and eyes in a straight line. I bought a M but easily hooked it into the smallest eyes, so I bought a S to see if that would be better. Answer is no; but while I was trying on the S I noticed that if you use the large or medium eyes, as soon as you zip the thing up, the hooks go to the small eyes (and crumple up against your stomach). What I'm saying is that it doesn't matter where you hook it, the size is determined by the zipper. The hooks are nice to keep it in place while you get the zipper started, but putting it on one level at one set of hooks and eyes and a different level at another - not gonna do anything. The material is very rubbery, though soft on the inside. Just wearing it for a few minutes made me start to sweat. This is NOT what I want, so I'm actually not sure if I'm going to keep it. I was fairly impressed with it under dresses - there's a little bit of a ridge on the stomach, but I tucked the zipper pull under the center of my bra, and the whole thing is pretty hard to see. It might keep me a bit warmer in the winter, but I really don't think I want to be getting completely sweaty at nice events, dates, etc. So . . . still thinking about returning it. By the way, sweating is not a healthy or permanent way to lose weight! It's temporary, and wearing this thing is not going to permanently change your figure on its own. It ain't magic, people.

Try this if you dare
I returned it. I now know how this makes your waist smaller, you sweat out the fat just trying to get into it. I'm a size 22-24 I didn't actually measure my waist (my 1st mistake). My waist is 46" the 6xl while saying it first a 24-26 size only fits up to a 45". You would think that 1" doesn't make a difference, boy was I wrong. 2nd mistake came from thinking I still squeeze all my lusciousness into this thing after all. Wrong. 3rd mistake was thinking it was a good idea to put on my most uncomfortable strapless fully wired bra first..... yeah don't do it ladies. Because what follows can only be described as what a beached whale being electrocuted while wrapped in a fishing net would look like. I struggled to get it wrapped around my waist and tummy all the while the bra is undercutting my breast and my breast are doing their best to run for freedom over the top. I get it around my waist and its INCHES from being able to touch, I lay on the bed and the flopping commences while I struggle to get just the top hook on, success! Short lived, because there are 8 more smaller hooks to go and they are spread even further apart than the first one. 2 more hooks done and I'm huffing and puffing like an over weight smoker running after an ice cream truck. Hook #3 is on! Nope wrong loop.... now I'm about to grab the switch blade out of my fiance's underwear drawer because I cant breath, but I get it undone and say screw it. Then flop and struggle to undo what I just managed to do. Off with you and into the returns box you go. Ladies you might wanna have someone on hand to help get into this thing and leave the bra off until after! Still scratching my head at how I was supposed to get it zippered up... that would have taken two SUVs some cable and pliers.I've decided I will not care if i look bloated in my wedding dress.

Daily use friendly
The media could not be loaded. Am almost four months postpartum and I believe am around 240 pounds. I wanted a waist trainer i can wear all day. I tried so many I believe this is my sixth one and I can say I finally found the one! I had ordered the same brand in a 5xl and it fit comfortably but i still wanted a bit of tightness but not too much and i got it with the 4xl. I almost feel like I could fit a 3xl but i think i will be uncomfortable and wouldn’t last all day so i will stick with the 4xl. I wear it all day and still comfortable. The side especially my right side do dig into the skin but thats a quick fix of wearing a thin tank top inside before wearing the waist trainer. I also like that it not too stiff, it has a good stretch to it but still maintain the waist trainer material. The zipper is not so smooth but it still zips so thats not much of a bother. Also it is not that long so its for ppl with short torso.I absolutely love it and its not too expensive! Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to buy again in a smaller size!

Hard to fasten with arthritis.
I do like it somewhat, but it's kind of hard to get on. So many snaps to fasten before the zipper.Hard if you're older and have arthritis in hands. It's not something I'd want to wear all day, but does the job for a special occasion for a few hours. If you stomach is really large, not sure how comfy you'll be?I dont like tight clothes at all, so I ordered one size up. It still feels too tight for me. I know that's the point of it, but just warning people that if you like give to your under garments, go up in size!Just depends on how you like your fit.

Great tummy trainer for price
I really like this tummy trainer even though I bought one size too big. Fits on tightest notch but I would like for it to be tighter so I should of went one size smaller and I do plan on getting it too. I'm 39" around and I bought the 4XL which I believe says 39-41" and wanted to make sure it would not be too small considering the reviews saying it runs small. So if you measure, the measurements to me seem spot on. 39" is the tightest notch and that's where it fits. So I need the 37-39" to make it squeeze me in. :) The material kinda smells like rubber for some reason but it is comfortable to me and does not fold up or down due to spines. Great product for price.

Sizing is key
I'm 5'8 about 210 and wear a size 12. I read reviews and instead of of going with my instinct got a XXXL. My fault but It's too big! It fits comfortably and you can't tell under clothing it's too big but you want that compression for the full snatched affect. So my size 12 ladies I advise you to try XL but no larger than XXL unless you have a considerably larger abdomen then you should venture into the 3XL. I will purchase another in a smaller size
