My wife ordered this flat iron. Below is her review of this product. I am no flat iron expert but I think this is an excellent product. My hair is naturally wavy (straight after a wash) therefore I do not need to use straight iron daily. Whenever I use this iron, it does a fabulous job of styling my hair. I use it as a flat iron and a curling iron (with you-tube’s aid) and get good results. First let’s talk about shipping and delivery. Shipping was quick and the package was delivered in a timely manner and was very well packaged. I was a little skeptical of buying this because of low price but once I started using it I realized it’s as good as the chi iron I was using earlier. It is well made with curved edges (helps in use as a curling iron ) , multiple heat settings, a good LED display and a very useful feature auto shutoff.The auto shutoff feature is a huge relief for someone like me who often forgets to check if the devices are switched off before leaving the house.When I used it for the first time I didn’t read the instruction manual and got good results. The next time I used it, I read the instruction manual which is full of useful tips, specially related to the temperatures settings for different hair types and those instructions made a huge difference! My hair was styled better, looked better, felt so much better and in less time too! Only one thing, the description says ceramic iron, but it doesn’t feel like ceramic iron. Though it works very well, probably as good as a ceramic iron, I am not sure if it is ceramic. Having said that, I feel this is a wonderful low cost alternative to more expensive but similar flat irons in the market. All in all, I really like this Flat iron and I am glad I tried it before splurging on more expensive irons.

The cord swivels woth your natural movement so it does not get tangled, it heats up in seconds with a clear beep to alert you when its ready for use, and the biggest plus is it does not snag your hair. Gets hot quickly in less than 30 seconds. Straightens hair well & leave it feeling soft & shiny. The design is nice except for where the white part & black part connect I sometimes pinch my palm. It appears to be very sturdy & durable. It's lightweight & it glides through my hair. For the price under $40 you can't be it! I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants straight hair. It has a variety of temperature changes which I need & want. I have a lot of hair, long & wavy to really curly in the back & this does the job.

I owned this flat iron for 7 years. Its light weight and easy for travel (works internationally). Zero complaints. It finally gave off a little burning smell suddenly so I'm ordering it again! I don't straighten every day - maybe 3x a month. But I don't see why I would need a $100 straightner when this $30 one does the job!

It feels like it's made of good material. It heats up quickly, so you don't have to wait long to start using it. I've been using it for several days and have no complaints whatsoever. It's a very good product; I recommend it.

Tengo 9 años con la plancha desde que la compré en amazon. Todo excelente, el cable sigue intacto. Recomiendo no doblar el cable tan apretado o sujetado, siempre guardo la plancha con el cable suelto. Sigue calentando excelente y ha sido la plancha que no me deja frizz en el cabello., no se ha descompuesto de nada

Big problem with this product is that it cannot be plugged into any Indian socket. You need an adapter or converter to use this product . Adapter is not included with this product. Otherwise its a good product quality wise.. does not damage your hair.. no stickiness after straightening
