Definitely worth the money.
This trolley has been a lifesaver. I live on the third floor with no elevator. You can fit tons of groceries and it's easily pulled up the steps. I definitely recommend this. Especially for grocery delivery people.

Excellent Roller Bag, save your arms and back lol!!!
I just moved from NC to NY. So now that I’m doing a lot more walking and using the subway instead of a car, I realized quickly why so many people were using these rolling carts. It will save your arms and back a lot of strain and allow you to carry more items home in a convenient way. The bag is detachable from the cart so it can be worn on the shoulder and the strap is adjustable. We used it like a giant picnic bag when we went to the beach or park. The cart is also very useful without the bag if you need to use it as a dolly. The rotating 3-wheels is perfect if you have to deal with stairs, you can pull in a continuous motion. I live on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. It folds up nice and compact for storage in the closet or the back of my car. My only recommendation is to invest in bungee straps if you think you’ll regularly use the dolly function because oversized objects may tip off, and grease the wheels just a little to make the turning more effortless. Other than that, totally satisfied. Great buy!!

Love the mobility / needs a couple design fixes.
I really like this - it it exactly what I was looking for. BUT, there are two things that are kindof driving me crazy with it so we're having to use bungee cords and trying to make it still look professional for my business (I travel to client locations). The black base that you stack things on does not have a latch to hold it in place, it flops back down AND there is no wheel lock - you can't just lean it against a wall, you have to lay it down on its side which is bulkier to get it out of the way. And you can't walk away from it with your items on it, it may roll, you have to always be aware of it. These are two things that could easily be fixed with the manufacturer. I hope they add these features to future sales, it would be a big plus. Other than that, this is carrying my equipment and going up and down stairs very well, just having to use bungee cords.

Definition of life saver
This cart is the definition of a life saver. Recently moved into a home with the garage on the first floor and the house on the top floor. First few days of moving in I thought I would carry everything up and go back down and repeat. By the 2nd trip my heart was beating out my chest. Immediately looked for a solution to this problem and thankfully found this cart! I believe this cart is a must for carrying things up and down stairs with little fuss. The bag itself is sturdy and well made except for the Velcro strap that wraps around one of the metal braces to hold the bag up, the stitching came loose and then the whole flap came loose but it's ok because there's another strap that can hold the bag up. And for extra carrying room, I got box from Costco one day and zip tied it to the cart and got instant extra space for more stuff. Genius design and excellent use!

A Life (and Back) Saver!
What a perfect piece of equipment for lugging anything and everything up and down steps, especially going to a second floor apartment and having to move stuff up and down concrete steps. The stair climber moves effortlessly over the steps. It holds at least 6 full grocery bags and you can make it more secure by strapping it in with a bungee cord so the weight of the bags doesn't move the backpack from side to side on the cart. Also convenient that the backpack can be used separately and that it can be removed to cart boxes or any other heavy items by placing them on the foot bed of the cart. Well made. Absolutely recommended 100%.

Wheels work, bag not so much
I've been using it for a couple of months and so far, so good. I previously bought the bigger version of it from the same company and the wheels came off on the first day just trying it out without nothing in it, but it was outside the returning window and now I am stuck with it. This smaller version is better and it's easy to put together: everything snaps into place; it's easy to fold. However, and this is a major cons: there is no way of securing the back to the metal structure and it's make it very difficult to actually put things inside it and take them out. The bag keeps flipping and flopping around the base even when full and it makes it dangerous if you're using it up and down the stairs because it could just make you loose balance when it falls off the base or break things as it swings sideways like that. The wheels are working well up and down the stairs (depending on the size), so not much to complain about there. It's just the bag that is not designed properly. It does not even close right and I had instances when stuff fell out of it.

Wonderful cart
I live on the 3rd floor, getting groceries upstairs is a breeze with this. Large capacity, rolls with little effort up the stairs. Fits folded into a small space for storage.

This cart is a fantastic addition to my household. Great for when I go shopping and easy to take up and down stairs or just about anywhere I go. Very sturdy when the bag is full of groceries or packages that I take to the post office. The handle is a nice length for my height which is 5' 10" and folds up for easy storage. It is lightweight but strong.

Excellent trolley. Quality Materials used & well made. Holds a huge amount & climbs steps with the 3 wheel system. Items remain private & the size is perfect. I purchased several others & were not satisfactory- BIGGER DOLLY TROLLEY value for money.

I find the dolly doesn't work so well with steep narrow stairs... as in, if the stair itself isn't very deep. The wheels have to have enough space on the actual stair to gain momentum to be useful. If you have stairs that are steep and shallow, I really don't understand how this dolly helps. You still have to drag the dolly up. I still made a lot of noise up 4 flights of stairs and was totally out of breath by the time I got to the top. I wouldn't suggest this for people who have serious walkups, unfortunately.

Es muy bueno, vivo en un segundo piso y no hay ascensor. Me sirve para subir los bidones de agua y las compras del super. Lo amé
