Looks like OEM
This appears to be a genuine Makita product. Somebody took a soldering iron or a torch and melted down most of the Makita writing and part number on it. Otherwise looks brand new and a fraction of the cost.

The only replacement for the xcv11 but always good to stick with manufacturers recommendations.

Recieved Damaged Item
Item had a broken flange piece and additionally looks like the Makita logo was burned off with a soldering iron or something.

Lack the float
This filter did not have the float feature that the OEM one has. I assume the float protects the vacuum from water, if you ever suck up that much water.
