Girlfriend wanted a casserole dish that didn't break the bank. This is it. She uses it all the time and absolutely loves it.

Sturdy, perfect for deep dish lasagna.

I love this dish and if you can get your hands on one before they are discontinued you should do so. EH is making a slightly different style now, which is a little more shallow. This pan lets you get three layers in your lasagna, and it comes out fluffy and moist. I’ve also made roast chicken and it came out amazing. Never thought I’d spend this h on a baking dish but I’m glad I did because it does make a difference in the end result!

I had trouble finding a dish deep enough for lasagna and some of my larger casseroles. This one is perfect. It's nice to find a dish like this with handles, too. That makes it so much easier to get in and out of the oven. The other thing I like is that it's rated for temperatures up to 550F. So if I want to broil a cheese topping or other topping to brown it a little, this dish can handle it. I debated about buying it because of the higher price but I am glad, I splurged. I use this at least a couple of times a week.

This baking dish is beautiful, durable, deep, roomy, cleans easily, and does not disappoint. The only thing to note - when purchasing a rack to go inside it, for the 16.5 x 10.6, the dimensions of the rack that fits it are 7.5"x12" because the baking dish narrows at the bottom.

Very elegant looking. Large capacity. The weight would be similar to a Pampered Chef stoneware casserole dish. Overpriced by 20.00 in my opinion. Good quality.

In a day and age when oven glass products are becoming less in quality, Emile Henry holds its own....Borosilicate glass has a very low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion whereas soda lime glass has a very high CTE. It's for this reason that all quality cookware is made from borosilicate glass......and that my friends is hardly found any more in the cheap products put out in todays cookware..... I had lime glass dishes crack in the oven, as I use high heats in some of my preparations.... I immediately done away with the cheap lime glass dishes....Most of my cookware now is enamelled cast iron or Emile Henry ceramic.... Ruined a few meals with high heat in lime glass.... I am very content with my Emile Henry cookware... I trust it, along with my Staub cast Iron enamel...It is worth the extra money... Hope this helps you.

Come tutti i prodotti firmati Emile Henry anche questo piatto da forno e' ottimo. Ci cucino tutto, dalle verdure agli arrosti, lasagne e cannelloni compresi. Inoltre non e' tossico come l'alluminio. La ceramica e' veramente eccezionale

Large, but perfect for a big lasagne or batch of scalloped potatoes. Nice dish to serve from as well being red and pretty for any occasion. Love Emile Henry products...this is my best one yet!

The quality of this product is great. I use it for large casseroles, lasagna and roasting. The size and depth are perfect and I love the colour. Easy to clean too.
