Second day taking it. Update...I take it back. Long term has done nothing.😭Depression has had me stuck in recliner for years. When I was younger I was kinda OCD about everything being in it's place and clean. I haven't cared about anything for a very long time. Drs changed antidepressants so many times I have no idea what I've have tried. I needed something to motivate me. Told them that and nothing worked. I'd think about all the things I needed to do and next thing you know, the day is gone and I've done nothing.Taking this I've actually made several meals like I used to buy scratch, cleaned and watched very little tv. Stereo is on though! Hopefully it continuesI hope this review helps others with their decision! Good luck
