Bull Outlaw 30-Inch Built-In Grill (BG-26039), Natural Gas

Replaced my old worn out built in grill. Even grilling temperatures across the grill. Flame tamer works better than other designs I have used. All parts are nice and thick/ heavy, I was pleased. Fully assembled, but very heavy so have some help to install.

First impressions: quality grill for a good price with fast shipping thanks to Amazon! The box arrived with some crumbled corners but I was relieved to find no dents, dings, or scratches on the grill. For shipping purposes, the burners are cotter-pinned into place so they do not rattle around inside the grill. (The customer then removes these and likely won't need them again.) My two outside burners and cotter pins had broken free and were laying in the bottom of the grill. This could have caused damage to the grill and/or burners but once again, luckily I did not see any. There are 7 sets of studs (2 studs in each set), 3 sets for the heat shields and 4 sets for the flame tamers. Three of my studs had presumably come loose during shipping; I found the studs, their washers, and two of their nuts scattered inside the box and packing material but I could not find the last nut and had to make a trip to my local big box store. Needless to say, packaging could have been better but at least nothing major occurred. After setting up my grill and handwashing the internal parts, I cleaned the outside with Citrushine Stainless Steel Polish - Streak-Free Metal Surface Cleaner - 12 oz Non-Toxic . (This will ensure that your grill looks shiny and new so when your wife asks how much money you spent on the grill, she will be blinded by its beauty and not mad.) Next, I cranked up all four burners to high and closed the lid for about 5 minutes, per the operating instructions. During that short ~5 minutes, the internal temperature reached 500+ degrees! One small issue: Amazon's product description states "Smoker Box included" and mine did not come with one. I contacted Amazon customer support and at first the rep insisted that the only resolution was to have me send back my 130 pound grill for refund or replacement. Once I pointed out that Amazon sells/ships the missing smoker box for $11.13, the rep issued me a promotional certificate for that amount. I effortlessly grilled some hamburgers and hot dogs for Labor Day weekend; I will get more adventurous once I get more familiar with the grill. So far, I have been very impressed by this well-built, no frills (ie. blue LED lights) grill and look forward to using it for a long long time! Five year update: still happy with the grill!!

It's a quality product. All stainless steel. Grates are very sturdy. 4 burners on gets you to 600 degrees quickly and still getting hotter. Only negative is that the thermometer only goes to 600. It also does not have a cover.

This is our second When we purchased. Would love the other one but sold that house so now we’ve purchased another one. Love it just as much. Amazing heat this versus equally amongst. The barbecue qualities is obvious. Make sure you measure your space so you don’t have to cut tile like we did on the first one.

I had a Turbo STS for over 20 years and it finally couldnt be fixed any longer due to lack of parts. This grill seems like a good replacement except on windy days some of burners go out with the hood closed. Other than that it works well and solidly built.

Thermometer started to peel off 6 months after purchased!
