My cat loves this
She loves scratching tools, so she loves this. She doesn't use the arced fur scratcher thing... maybe she will, but probably not. She's a long-haired calico, so I'd like her to... but so far, she hasn't touched it. She mainly just uses the scratch pole and bats the balls around a bit. Your miles may vary.UPDATE: She loves, loves, loves this thing. She now uses the scratchy arch all the time. She gets her whole head scratched on all sides. It's unreal how much she likes the scratchy arch now.UPDATE2: This is now her goto spot. When I walk in the room, she immediately goes here. She loves to get pet while doing the scritchy-scratchy on all sides of her head. I only wish she'd learn to scritchy scratch the rest of her body instead of just her head. She's a long-haired calico, so needs alot of brushing. But she's happy, so I'm happy.I also saw a couple of reviews mentioning that the scritchy post comes out. No big deal, it's east to put back in. Just keep an eye on it. If your cat is pushing against that hard, it means they love it. Just put the posts back in and keep an eye on it.Update3: My cat still loves this thing. The minute I walk in the area, she goes to this thing. I call it her skritchy skratchy post. She loves to get pet while rubbing all sides of her head against the scratchy post.

My senior cat really enjoys this scratcher!
My chonky senior boy (12 years old) really like this one. This product came with easy to follow instructions (just in case I would need them) but was very easy to put together, and very sturdy, even when my boy really pushes hard against the arch. I like that the base has both a soft and 'scratchy' side. The product is well made, and the arch material seems to feel 'just right' to my boy, who loves being brushed and petted in general. So far he's played with the little 'bouncy' toy a bit - I think a kitten would love it. I do like that the spring has a good covering to prevent little paws from getting stuck. And the toy is easily removed if not needed, and I don't think would affect the 'look' of the groomer at all.I think it's a good size - my guy is about 12 pounds and can get through the archway, but I don't think it's too big for a growing kitten or a more svelte adult.Very glad I got this model. It also arrived on time and well packaged, so happy with the seller as well.

Seems more sturdy than the last one and looks a little nicer
The cat is normally near his new searching pad when we are not in bed sleeping. He is normally down here near it and he seems to thoroughly enjoy. It’s definitely taking him away from his bad attention seeking activities of clawing other stuff in front of us and running away, basically gone down to zero. The current price of $36 is better then chewy’s $45-60 range that looked about the same and better looking that a lot of others on Amazon that fit the same bill. This is a $5 or $7 (if didn’t negotiate manufacturing well) unit shipped and import taxes selling for $37 which is in the 7xCosts educated assumption you need ~3xCosts to be profitable while covering all operational expenses, liabilities, and product dev. 4-5xCost is acceptable, but 7x and higher by others can be considered greedy.Con: shared by others the pipe cleaner like scratcher once in a while pops out of almost off of these I’ve seen. Only rated 4 instead of 5 due to price and knowledge.

It is good, but wish it was sturdier
I got this for my cat who is not even quite a year yet. The scratching post is the right style but it is pretty short. We used the scratchy side of the base to go upwards so she could scratch there as well. It scared her on the first time using it though because it immediately tried to flip on her when scratching the post. After a week of carefully avoiding it lol, she has finally started rubbing her neck on the part to walk through. Hopefully she gives it another chance. Probably will buy a taller post though.

My kitten approves this purchase!!
My kitten LOVES this. My adult cat also found it entertaining. I chose not to include the ball with the bell because of late night zoomies.. But even with out that, my cats love it. I would 100% recommend for any younger cats!!

Balls won't fall out
I've tried numerous versions of this toy, and this is the first and only that the cat cannot pull the balls out of the Trap. I'm still searching for the balls from the other toys, I think they may have been sucked into the fourth dimension..

One of the best!
This cat toy is one of the best I’ve ever bought. I have two indoor/outdoor cats and whenever they’re inside, one of them is either rubbing against the soft bristles, sharpening their claws on the scratch pad, playing with the springy ball or just lying on it, relaxing. This is pretty amazing because, honestly, they don’t like much of anything unless they’re outside, they find most inside toys boring. It’s a perfect size, not so big that it takes up too much room, but big enough that they fit inside the bristle tunnel with ease. Very happy with this purchase.

Almost perfect
The wood quality of these is very good. My cat's absolutely love them -for both play and sleep! I like the option to leave the bell/ball off (my cat's go to crazy for it and make a lot of noise!) There is a slight drawback to the long screw that holds it together. If you have more than a fat-cats worth of weight on it (like a medium size dog) it will strip and break over a short period of time. My beefy medium size dog stepped on the edge and the screw snapped through/widened the outer edge of the screw hole. The ipe piece is still usable at least, perhaps some wood putty/glue could patch it up.
