a "must have" after hip surgery
Before I had hip surgery, the surgeon's team worked with me on things I needed before the surgery. This was one of those things and it was absolutely necessary. This device worked everytime, was sturdy, and now, after my hip is healed up, I will be keeping this around for my later years in life.

Great Product for height challenged and elderly
I am vertically challenged. This is a strong grabber. I have also purchased several of these for my parents and elderly neighbors. They said they love this product because it is like an extra arm.

Good for reaching things when confined to bed
Most times it works good but has a tendency for the yellow grip part to slide off center, then you have to manually open it

Fell apart easily
A piece near the handle broke after only a few uses and it was the part attached to the cable that connects to the grabber.
