4 months after buying the product, I went to customer care to change the battery (stopped turning on). The new battery barely lasted 2 weeks and started acting up again (lasts 3-4 days on average). I wish they would fix this issue!

I like the toothbrush because it cleans my teeth very good as it says.

Yes wow what a price but I wouldn't change back at all the fresh clean feeling in my mouth is so much better feels like a better clean everyday guides you if not brushing right or need more in certain areas husband feels the same so much so our son has bought one too and dentist has noticed the change in quality of brushing

They do what is claimed but we had missing parts on the first delivery (NO Exchange Option offered) so had to return and reorder whilst Amazon ket the original £400.00 + another £400.00, for 5 weeks before a full refund of the first order was refunded!!!!

I've had a multitude of electric toothbrushes for approximately a 20 year period, and this is by far the best of the bunch. PROS- A powerful toothbrush that gives a dentist quality clean, many smart features, even in your hands you feel the quality of the product. CONS- Top of the list must be the Price, at £500 full RRP this is one very expensive brush, I personally got it for less than half price...but still a lot of money. Another CON is not being able to see timer/display features during brushing, unless you have a mobile phone and using their AP......shame they did not add Smart Guide Display monitor, like they did with the older Oral-B electric toothbrushes....as I'm sure for the price they expect for this toothbrush that adding the smart guide display would not of been much of a big ask. But overall a great product 8/10. Would of been a 10/10 if not for the very high price.

Battery died within 12 months from purchase. Charger for case bulky and obsolete. Why not a usb?Terrible purchase for the money it costs.
