It is a Great supplement. It works like a charm and has been stabilizing my mood in the last two months that I have been using it. My wife got this for me actually because she is so sick of my mood swings haha. Let’s face it, beer is considered by most people (guys specially) as the universal agent for relaxation. While that may be true, there are other people that would prefer other things than beer. I have been battling depression for the last couple of years and it's been such and uphill battle for me. Oftentimes, I would feel hopeless even on simple situations.
