Broken glass

Smashed by an ice cube!
Lovely glass and made a great gift. However, ice from the freezer ice dispenser smashed a hole in the side. Had the freezer 6+ years and never seen a glass smash from an ice cube, only been using the glass since Christmas and it’s not even been used that much. Have to the question the quality of it. Tried to contact the seller via Amazon but that’s not easy (not the sellers fault but amazons AI which has you going round in circles!
