Great TV, watch out for shipping damage
TV is great, be cautious ordering such a fragile item to be shipped. Product came unusable with the power connection point inside the TV broken and pushed into the TV. After mounting and powering on the TV would power cycle itself every few seconds making it impossible to navigate any screens to get to settings or diagnostics. Spoke to Amazon support who forwarded me to Samsung to try to get a service rep out to repair the TV. The Samsung rep recommended returning the TV for a replacement seeing as it was new out of the box, the Amazon rep was quick to click back onto the call and inform me they would not offer a replacement but could accept a return and I could purchase the TV again. The Samsung rep then sent me a text informing me that she had been hung up on and if I needed further help from Samsung to reach out to her, she still highly recommended replacing the entire unit. After speaking to the UPS driver who picked up the return he was very clear that boxes that do not fit in shelves are put flat on the floor, my suspicion is the TV was delivered flat and was damaged in shipping from the jarring. Now waiting 2 weeks for Amazon to issue a refund and out the cost of 2 TVs until then..Purchased a replacement at best buy where they beat amazons price, undamaged TV is great! Everyone who sees it sitting in art mode comment on how realistic the paintings look and how great the image is when viewing videos. The smart things app that accompanies the TV can be a little slow and confusing at times but fortunately it isn’t needed often. Highly recommend the Samsung frame, just caution having something so fragile come bouncing down the road to your home out of your control.

Wow..... love the art work mode......love the tv picture as well.
A thing of beauty. 65 inch. We love the extreme flat mount against the wall. Looks like a picture frame for sure. Very convincing as art work and is great as a tv. More pricey than a comparable sized 65 inch tv but the ability to display artwork on a non- glare screen is well worth the price of admission. The remote takes some getting used to but works just fine. The software is a little wonky, but I am going with the flow. I do wish the art work mode had a little more flexibility. I would buy it again......oh I guess I did that, since I bought another for a relative.

I’ll never buy another Samsung
The TV is thin and nice looking, mounts flush to the wall with a single cord connection for all input and power which is all great. As soon as you use it it goes downhill fast.I couldn’t use the TV until I accepted the Terms and Conditions. After finishing mounting the TV at night the server that needs to accept the conditions was down (lucky I’m tech savvy enough to figure out that was the error because the message wasn’t clear). In the morning the service was back up and I was allowed to use my expensive new hardware. It’s loaded with bloat ware, pushes Samsung services on you. One of the key features I bought this TV for was it’s built in Chromecast - only way I watch TV is through apps on my phone. Unfortunately that only works if you’re logged in on the TV with the same app, and not even all apps are supported. My 5 year old cheaper Vizio TV worked better. The input controls are frustrating. Turning on a game console or starting to cast video should just switch the input, but the TV tries to do too much. Turning on a console it’ll switch to an input screen showing your game video in a little window and maybe will switch it to full screen after a delay if you’re lucky. Just now I connected one of the few apps I can actually cast to the TV and it spilt between a blank input on one half the screen and the YouTube video I wanted to watch on the other. Trying to just select the single input repeatedly turned the input off altogether until I managed to hack the arcane pattern of pressing or holding “back” on the remote.Speaking of apps the only official app from Samsung is their SmartThings app for all their branded IoT devices. It’s disappointing, especially in its support for the Frame’s art mode. There’s a bunch of pushing you to pay for high rez images of art you could easily download, making you dig to find the ability to do something like put up a picture of your family. Try to upload too many pictures and it’ll time out on you (why when it should be all on your local network? No idea). If you want to primary control your TV through your phone like most people these days, this TV is extremely disappointing. It’s a real shame how bad the software experience is considering it’s forced on you and ruins some very nice hardware.I’ll never buy another Samsung.

Great frame tv
Great tv easy to connect all devices to it, good picture quality and brightness for not being oled, not heavy at all and easy to install, great value for the money.
