I started suffering from terrible cramps about 30 years ago. For several years I tried one product after another with varying degrees of failure. I have been a user of Cramp Defense since March of 2018 and became aware of it through a friend. I was having problems with cramps in my legs at night that would wake me up. I tried a few different medications with no results and Cramp Defense has been great for me. I had to try different dose levels until finding the right amount to take daily. I take some in the morning after getting up and some at night before going to sleep. I no longer have cramps in my legs and it has been a great product for me. I order it online and the customer service has been outstanding.

Have tried numerous other products on the market, none of them successful. Cramp Defense works perfectly for me, and quickly. Will only ever buy this item because it really does what it states, and have recommended it to many others. Does not upset the stomach either.

I must be very honest here. These cramp capsules works on certain cramps, ( over worked muscles), or with an on set of cramps due to over working muscles, like gym workouts. I do get a quick relief 85% of the time, but about 15%, I get no FAST relief until I take at least 4 to 5 capsules and rest, plenty of rest to relax the worked muscles. I would buy this product again, but the cost of this Cramp product is very expensive for the number count of medications.

Amazon shows I've ordered cramp defense 13 times. The product works great for me. However the shipping seems to take longer and longer to get it.

Name it; I've tried it. This helps to curb excruciatingly painful, nocturnal leg/foot cramps. I combine it with other methods or remedies that sometimes, some nights are all I need but most nights I need something more. This has helped me to begin to have a full night's sleep without being jolted awake from what feels like a bear trap clamping down on my calf. My now favorite part of this product and especially the people who make it is how you have to be consistent in the beginning and then after a time you start to feel the difference. Seeing that the bottle is almost empty you go to order and make sure you always have it on hand only to find out it is currently unavailable and they don't know when they will ever get it back in. As it is now, MAYBE by the end of May. To start a remedy like this to help people and then rip the rug out from underneath them like this, you may as well be the ones who sneak into my house in the middle of the night and put the teethy, metal bear trap on my calf yourself and then snicker as you slither away into the cold, dark night.

My wife discovered Cramp Defense when looking for something natural to help me with major leg cramps. It worked amazingly well! I can say it’s very effective, and works quickly if I happen to forget to take it at dinner and have a severe leg cramping during the night. I have used Cramp Defense for a long time and it's the only thing that ever worked, it's great and it's wonderful to have relief from cramping I suffered with inside thigh cramps before I found Cramp Defense and they are the worst cramps i ever had, don't have them any more since using this product, i recommend this product .
