Great product! My elderly mom loved it. Peace of mind for me (caregiver) and my mom knowing she could easily get my attention when she needed me✅ and no yelling :D Low tech and works best! Easy to use and the doorbell sound is fun. Skip the siren sound, too loud.

the Synlett Caregiver Wireless Pager works so well. Placed in the bedroom hand level on the bed post, it can be heard in the living room of a home that is 2000 sq ft. Having a second unit to place in any room in the home when its needed is great, because I can leave the one stuck to the bed for all-time. Sound quality and really gives me peace of mind and it is loud enough to alert me. What is really nice is the receiver can be placed on a belt to carry around if you need to.

OK, the system is well made, works great, it comes with everything you need to get it up and running, and it does the job it was designed for. BUT there's one detail that had I known about it, I'd have stepped aside on this purchase. The alarm sound! You have two choices for the alarm sound that alerts the caregiver. One sounds exactly like a standard ding-dong doorbell. I goes "ding-dong" once and if you didn't happen to hear that 1.5 seconds long sound, too bad because that's all there is. The other sound is like the most aggressive kinds of police sirens you hear on the street; entirely unnecessary and jarring just to alert an in-home caregiver that s/he is needed in another room. Some other sound options, like something a bit gentler, even a steady tone . . . ANYTHING besides that whooping siren . . . would have made this system a real win. So I just keep it as far from my bed as I can and still have it in the room with me and leave the volume (3 settings) at the lowest setting. That way it sill still will jolt me out of a deep sleep. So for others, like someone who needs to be able to hear the alert in a busy, active home while doing things around the house, maybe this would be fine. But I need it primarily at night in a quiet home. Even so, I feel the siren is inappropriate and another option or two would have been nice, even at an added dollar or two. Bottom line: I'm impressed by the quality of the system components. The instructions are clear and intuitive and even written in English, a real plus in items coming from China. It took me 5 minutes to set it all up and in my case, it is working fine over a distance of about 40' and through three standard residential walls. Also the help-needed button is downstairs and the alert is upstairs. For the price, I'll keep it. For now.

Works immediately right out of the box! Range is great in a large, two-story home. No monthly subscription fees and no hassle. This is a very smart purchase, highly recommended.

My mom has a fall protection device. But I was staying with her at her home. I was in another room. Her door was closed and she had fallen. Her ac was on and I couldn’t hear her calling out to me!!! She stayed on the floor all night . So again I reached out to medical staff and got nothing except the medical alert pad for bed?? I got on Amazon and found this ! It’s simple , Straight forward, easy to understand, loud, and the main point -affordable !!! So I don’t have to sleep in the room with her. There’s 2 buttons for her and a box that I can clip to my jeans and wear around the house. 2 different tones - one if she needs something and the other is the siren means she’s in trouble. Lightweight ounces and I’ve never replaced the batteries. Although I don’t need it anymore it was that piece of mind so the fact the it was affordable made all the difference. Because insurance doesn’t cover that kind of stuff !!

Great for my elderly mom to call me when she needs help. The lanyard makes it easy to use. The volume is somewhat adjustable, and the clip on the receiver makes it easy to carry around when I’m outside in the garden. So much easier for my mom to use on a daily basis.

My father suffered a stroke that affected his mobility. I purchased this device for him to buzz us when we not close to his bed room. Absolutely brilliant! Works great and he was so happy with it because before he was getting abit frustrated when he’s trying to call out and we couldn’t hear him! 10/10 for me👏🏾

I needed this to be on hand if my disabled husband required help… especially during the night. Works perfectly and straight out of the box.
