Helped My Tummy be Happy
I purchased the Organic Cinnamon Oat. I also add a spoonful of honey to add sweetness. I have "tummy issues"....soft, urgent ones (get it). I'm constantly aware of the urgent need to locate facilities in a department store or in a restaurant which has become quite annoying. Anyways, I started drinking this tea once a day 5 days ago and the last 2 days I have had "solid" experiences! That hasn't happened in months, maybe even years. I also am not feeling the abdominal tenderness I was feeling. I will update further if things change back or possibly even improve further.
