This product is excellent. My partner is going through a pinched nerve issue and wears ice on and off 24-7. We got the small elbow one, which fits great on his arm. He's got average size male arms - not too big. We also got two of the knee ones and sometimes, when he wants something loose, he uses those on his arm or even drapes it over his neck when he's in his chair. The sleeve material is think and smooth and holds the cold so deeply. A very comfortable and soothing feel. The knee one fits great over the knee too (we tried it, even though we aren't using it that way). One of the better quality sleeve ice packs we've purchased over the years.

This works really well. It gets very cold and stays cold just the right amount of time. It is super cold when you first put it on but give it a couple of minutes and you will get used to it. I like the fact that you don't have to keep playing around to find the correct spot since it's all around. I have the extra large for my knee. I have bad knees (torn meniscus is both), so I ice frequently. I like that I can move around and it doesn;t fall off. I wouldn't walk a lot but just going to the bathroom etc, you don't have to take it off.I'm happy that I pulled the trigger and got it!

I really like this product a lot. A cold sleeve that fits over the knee, or elbow joint and doesn’t fall or move. The only problem for me is that it doesn’t stay cold long enough. But, I still think it delivers enough cold to ease my knee pain. Would definitely recommend this product.

We have athletic kids and sometimes their knees ache. This ice pack is so soft and easy to put on. They can walk or lay with it on. It’s flexible and not too thick. Great purchase!

It works perfect except that it’s only cold for 20 minutes staying cold is literally the only thing it’s supposed to do?

Man oh man, I love this sleeve so much! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I fell and banged my elbow 2 weeks ago, and then my dog bashed his hard skull right into my elbow bone, and then I banged it on a couple of doors, and it was swollen and a bump had come up, and I was so scared to bash it again.I thought "I need some protection here, but also an ice pack!" The sleeve is so soft and easy to slide on, and also pretty and pink. Stays cold for about 30 minutes which is perfect timing. I really need 3 of them, so I can rotate them in and out of the freezer. I'm actually going to wear it to bed to keep from banging my elbow while sleeping. The bump is already smaller and I just got it today (3 applications so far). I know this review sounds totally exaggerated but I rarely love anything this much!I loved it so much I called my sister to tell her to get one for her knee. Just the best, thanks!

Very good and very cold. I was used to my reusable ice pack, this is way colder and it encapsulates the entire knee. Had a knee injury in the knee area were the entire knee was injured. This definitely covers the entire area and stays in place. Hopefully it will stand up under frequent use. I'll add an additional review as time goes on

These work good, cold pack gets very cold, lasts about 20-25 mins.

I read all the reviews before I bought. It has no smell and stays cold for required 20 minutes. (I don't have a microwave so can't speak to heat retention). I needed something to travel with and this is light/small enough.Easy to move around in.

I don’t generally write reviews but I’ve been pretty please with this knee sleeve. Stays cold for about 20mins and provides just enough compression for my knee. I have osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus and use this nightly. It bring down the swelling better than anything else I’ve tried.

Well made. Holding up great with daily use for nearly 2 months so far. Gets REALLY cold. Has a cooling effect even if not kept in the freezer or fridge.
