Carefully shipped
The flour is carefully packed with bubble wrap and I have never had an issue with flour bags splitting open. Great to bake bread with.

Great product!
Light rye is hard to find so I was pleased with this product! I use it to super feed my sourdough starter and it’s awesome!!! Also from time to time I add a100 grams in with my regular bread flour for sourdough bread
