I have been using KingLED lights for 3 years now and have never been sorry. The newer 1500w lights are indeed brighter than the previous version and the added Veg / Bloom switch is a great option. I am still amazed at what these lights can produce in yield at minimal cost to run.You'll also be pleased to know that should you ever have need to contact customer service that they will bend over backwards for you to insure you are happy with your purchase.I say... Grab these lights up! As far as I'm concerned King LED lights have been the best of the 3 brands I have tried in this price range - (I say that because the other two brands of lights I have tried are dead with burnt out LED's even after being given replacement lights.) I really think you will be happy with this light - I know I sure use the heck out of the two I have (3 soon.) and am still amazed at what you can do with this light.

This is the second KingLED KP 1500 light that I purchased. I have been quite happy with the plant growth and yield, especially in a 2x4 tent. The transition from veg to bloom phase is super easy and the plants like the light spectrums.Customer service can be a little difficult to reach, but once connected they are super responsive and helpful.Overall a great light that stands up against ones that are much more expensive in terms of performance.

I grew monsters with a similar bestva light, but moved to a state I couldn't grow, so sold it. Moved back to a legal state and couldn't find my favorite light. Oh no. I searched endlessly and eventually settled for a different "new improved" bestva. Didn't like it at all. Bought this 1, and it's perfect. I noobed out and put light too close, thinking the more light the better. Wrong. I thought I had root rot. Over watering. Malnutrition. Oops, I had my lights too close. It was light stress. This sucker pours out those PARs, exceeding their recommended footage. Nice change of pace from vendors who overpromise and under deliver. These guys under promise and over deliver. Thank you!

I ordered two 1500 watt lights. The box and light are stickered 1500 watt, BUT upon further inspection of one of the LED light boards it clearly says 1200 watt. So i counted the leds in the one light and only counted 120..the other light is a 1500 watt and seems to be working fine. Wish i had a spectrum meter though. I did notice that the two lights did not have the same patern and have tryed to get a hold of the company 4 times but i have not heard from them, but now i see why they are different., because they are. And if i was an investigator i would say that the light in question was either fixed at one point or it was tampered with previous to my purchase. So on this light i will give it one star. As for the other light, for now, i can give 5 stars, but i have no idea about the spetrum they admit, just that it is bright and puts out light. I will see competitively from my 20 years of 1000 watt hps experience......edited. 2/8/20 i got a new light from Amazon and it is a 1500 watt. And i do have to say that it seems that they are working really good..plants are growing great.

I am a commercial grower but just recently set up my first personal grow at home. I have both the 1500 and 2000w models. The reasons I chose King led was first off value, and value isnt necessarily the cheapest option but getting the most out of what you pay for. The next was reliability and king lights have been reliable for me. Being easy to use is a must for a home grow and king comes with everything you need to get up and running fast. If you as a grower have realistic expectations then i see no reason you will be disappointed in the product king puts out.

Wow, 1500 watts. The light is incredible. I had to put poster board over the windows to block out the light shining through. While I haven't had the light long enough to give it the review I think it will get, later on like most folks I do find the plants seem to be responding to it. My HPS died and the new light got here in a short time. I had to take my plants outside and they (germinating) did not like the 100 degree plus heat. Many of my "baby girls" died, sob. I will be cloning my clones in a few months. The clones did like the sun and they do like the new light. The instructions say that the light should be 36 inches above the plant crowns. Probably good advice because it is so intense. I don't want to burn my plants. The light covers an area about 4X4 at that height. I only have 10 plants 4 clones and six grown from seed. I was convinced to buy this light when I saw that the reviews were so gleaming, the price was incredibly low and it was a best seller on Amazon. People know what is good. Take my advice get this, you wont be sorry.

I bought this in Dec. '18. It has been used about 9 months of that time. It also had a timer on it to turn it off for 30 minutes every six hours. It hasn't been on since Nov. '19. The left photo with half of the blue/white working was Sunday. The mostly red pic was an hour ago. There are also 10-12 LEDs that are black/melted with several others dimly lit and flickering. It's in the process of completely dying. It has done nothing but hang off the rope and I even had an ac running to keep the heat down in the room as this sucker really puts out the heat. I messaged customer service with their claimed "reply in 24 hours crap". Well, that was days ago and I've heard nothing back. I don't know what else I could have done to make it live anywhere near the claimed "3 year" warranty that's on the label stuck to it. I'm not very happy with this thing and customer service has left me hangin' with an expensive remnant of what was a nice light for a little while at least. :( UPDATE:The seller has offered to replace the light free of charge. See what happens.
