Does the cooler come with some kind of packet of thermal paste?

Dear customer, yes, it will come with a thermal paste.

The parts photo shows four mounting clips. I wanted to mount two fans, but only received two clips. Where can I get more?

Had to order some separately. You can get them here on Amazon, just search for 12cm (120mm) hook up fan buckle.
