These sponges are great. The main reason for our purchasing was to reduce our plastic waste down the drain which ends up as micro plastics and are a big problem adding to the plastic waste worldwide. These sponges are a natural product and therefore the waste is biodegradable. Practically they are also great to use. Brilliant a getting rid of thought stains on the washing up, each sponges lasts much longer than traditional plastic foam washing up sponges. Would highly recommend this product to everyone

Cuts down on plastic as they are cellulose and completely compostable .Also nice to use and cleans well , less scrubbing .I wash them in washing machine , they last several weeks .

The sponges are 50% thicker when wet, a size that works with me, but may feel small for those who usually wear glove size L. Have gone through each colour twice. In my batch, the yellow ones are always flaky a few washes in (see photos). I saw for some other customers the green ones fell apart, but mine are fine so far. Overall it's good enough value for money.

I think this is a great product for washing and wiping up surfaces and ecologically friendly

The sponges are OK, but I knocked down stars as their "eco" credentials are questionable. Firstly, the sponges come with 2 free scourers, that are basically the same plastic that comes on ordinary plastic dish sponges. I'd assume most people, like myself, buy these to avoid plastic waste. So I don't know why plastic is provided. Surely some kind of coconut brush can be provided instead?A scourer is definitely needed as cellulose sponges barely touch tough stains, including tea.More worryingly, the sponges leak dye when first used. The suds turn blue/pink etc.Makes me wonder how toxic this is.Did they have to dye the sponges at all? Previous products I bought were undyed.I won't buy again.

Still on my first sponge, using it weekly to clean bathrooms, has managed well so far. Works well, good thickness. In summary won’t go back to normal sponges!

Nice that they are kind to the environment but if the sponge and scourer could be combined it would be perfect. Perhaps a personal preference but having them separate is just annoying!As a sponge, you wouldn't notice the difference between a normal one and this.

Have been using these excellent quality sponges for months, now, and they are very durable.They look and feel consistent in texture, shape and size, and they have no odour. You get 2 yellow, 2 blue, 2 green and 2 pink sponges. They are also perfect for setting up your own home humidification system; as they don't dry out while partially sitting in water, and can be easily sanitized. They are super easy to cut in half, especially while they are in their original, wafer-thin state before touching water.
