Review: Outstanding customer service - We purchased this product to enclose our jacuzzi and swim spa so we could use them year round in Las Vegas. This works well for that purpose. Blocks the wind and holds in the heat. Since we planned to leave it up, we used 30 inch rebar loop stakes to tie it down. Worked beautifully in winds over 40 mph. We neglected to open the panels to allow the wind to move through the tent, and had a few of the pipes bend. I contacted customer service and was able to buy replacement pipes at a very reasonable price. (we knew that damage from winds that high wasn't covered by their excellent warranty.) Delivery time was less than a week. I highly recommend this company.
