Don't size up! They are supposed to be COMPRESSION. Not tights!
I ordered the xl as I have sweatpants and pajamas in xl. I'm 5'3 230lbs hips 52 inches and they fit so good! I'm not sure why all these reviews are saying to size up because they are supposed to be tight in order to be compression leggings!! Sizing guide isnt correct. These are comparable at my size, in xl to the Doctor Scholls knee high compression socks at moderate compression rating. They are little tricky to get on so you have to put Both calves in first then slide both of the thigh and then pull them up. These do not dig in or roll down they are very comfortable to sit in they are a very thick elastic material but they are see-through so they are not leggings even though they're in the leggings Style. I do like that the toe is free because with my doctor Scholls they slide down and bag at the toe. These do not. I do recommend the toe less tights. Then you can just make sure to put on socks to protect your tights from rubbing in your shoe and wearing out the heel. I highly recommend these they are the best brand I think I've ever bought and a very high quality!

Good compression!
Surprisingly good! It takes a few minutes to put them on, so that’s relatively easy. They feel smooth and don’t have inseams which is great because they don’t indent on your skin. I ordered the size L (5’4 ~130 lbs) and it fit well. Despite the fabric being see through, it’s holding up well after several uses and honestly does provide a lot of support and compression.

Great for all day wear!
I bought these bc I had a hard time picking out a pair bc I have sensitive skin that gets irritated with some fabrics. But theses are great. No irritation and I can wear them all day long. They are pretty strechy which I like. But like most you can feel the compression more in some places than others. (But they were pretty consistent) They look nice like you could wear a dress on top and they look like regualar tights. the legs are a bit see though but the upper top is made in a way so that it is not. As for things I didn't like: They can get lint balls and it's hard to take off. And the Foot sleeve part tends to roll up then I try to put on my compression socks. But not bad for the price.

Good product
I recently had surgery on my thighs and my doctor recommended leggings/yoga pants for compression during recovery which don’t provide enough support/compression so I bought these hoping for better support. They are a thicker material than standard tights and give me exactly the level of compression/support I was looking for. Pros: thick, breathable material. Offers exactly the level of compression/support I wanted. Cons: a little tough to get into, easy to put a run in and if you do put a run in them, you lose some of the compression effects. After my first surgery and putting a run in these, I bought a different brand that weren’t as thick a material and didn’t provide the same level of compression. I had a follow-up procedure a couple of days ago and bought another pair of these because they offer the level of support I want. Hoping lessons learned from the first pair helps me avoid putting a run in these so they last the duration of my recovery. Overall, would but again if needed. Just remember not to be too aggressive getting into these to avoid runs and extend the life of the product.

THESE ARE TIGHTS, NOT LEGGINGS
I am 5'9" woman, and wear size 12. I put these on with zero swelling and I am thrilled to say the crotch lands where it should. These are so much more comfortable than stockings or socks, which tend to dig in at the knee after awhile. I am disappointed that they are see through like tights and there is very weird bumps on the heels which will prevent me from wearing shoes with them. I work from home so most of the time this isn't an issue, and I will order more for this purpose. That said because of the deceptive name of leggings instead of toeless tights, see through nature and odd bumps in the heels, I can't give them a higher score. But if it wasn't 105 degrees and I could wear them under slacks or at home, they are amazing.

The legs were too wide on me.
These pants were a lot wider than I expected them to be, and they were a little baggy on me in the crotch area.

Comfortable and Supportive
Exactly what I needed post op! Comfortable and supportive- much better than the support hose provided post surgery.

Tengo alrededor de 2 años comprando el mismo modelo y el mismo size la última vez no me entró..compré otra media de esta misma marca con punta cerrada y tampoco funcionó. He perdido mi dinero dos veces porque ahora los size corren más pequeños de La nada

Doctor prescribed compression stockings and I had been wearing skin tone ones that look like pantyhose. Ordered the black and the white and they were delivered fast. Tried them on immediately, they are slightly more opaque than stockings and of good quality. These are exactly what I wanted.

As someone who uses compression leggings on flights and being six foot eight tall I often have issues with the leggings rolling down my leg, these didn't do that. Were comfortable and sat and washed well..

I bought these during my third trimester of pregnancy. I have to say they are quite comfortable. They are seamless and they don’t roll down, which I really like :) The half-foot cut can be a bit tricky and slightly uncomfortable if not positioned properly, though. Unfortunately, I still feel some pain in my varicose veins when I wear them. I followed the size chart (I didn’t consider the belly size), but when they arrived, they felt a bit big compared to other tights I have from another brand, so I decided to go one size smaller. Even then, I’m not 100% sure they give real class 2 compression… :/ but they definitely help more than wearing nothing. I mostly use them when I know I will be active, like walking or hiking.

The fabric is stretchable but not to tight and I love how easy it is for me to wear. I can feel that I can wear it comfortably for work, since I always has to walk and stand a lit for 13 hours shift. And the fabric is really good so after work, I can style it for a casual pair for evening parties and events. So its really good. So far I have no complaints. Will update if I do. But I hope not
