Large capsules make it a bit difficult to swallow but nothing like a glass of water on the side wont do the trick! Great beneficial collection of collagen to have daily, skins been feeling better Overrall great brand!

Good long term effects if taken consistently .My skin feels soft and moisture , also healthy .No bad taste at all.

I take various supplements, so I can't speak to the efficacy of this particular supplement. I can say that the pills are easy to swallow without any nasty aftertaste. I know that it can take a few months for the effects of collagen to take effect, so It would be difficult to ascertain results this soon anyway. I do know that this supplement offers a lot of excellent elements that make it worthwhile to try.

This is an excellent Collagen complex made in the USA in a GMP facility. 30 day supply makes it a good value. I've been taking Collagen for about a year and it's difficult to speak to what benefits there are but time will tell. This is a good one though and recommended.
