A: It is suppose to BUT after receiving my I realized that it was a bad charger and didn’t work and they would not refund or exchange me for a new so it was 300 wasted!!!

**Q: Why does it click and red light bilnks twice when plugged into cartWhen plugged in to golf cart.**
A: 2 red flashes, may mean battery voltage may be too low to take a charge. there could be connection problem,

I bought one of these chargers and it would not work I took my golf cart to the dealership thinking it was a problem with the cart after checking everything we had the charger checked to realize it was bad and I can’t return it so it was 300 wasted
