Haven't had the chance to use them yet but they look very interesting can't wait to get to try them, actually I got 2 sets one will be for my daughter after I try mine.

Very happy with the tips- I think. I still need to try them. Instructions and photos of what each tip does would be most helpful. Flying blind. Help please!

I am working on learning how to use the product.
As a beginner I would hav liked to have had some basic information with the set, also a picture of what each tip's design looks like.

Excellent. Makes me look like a pro!
I'm not talented at all, but even I could use these and make my cupcakes look great. Be careful with the bags though. I didn't use all my frosting at once so I put the piping bag in the refrigerator. The next day I tried to pipe the frosting without letting it come to room temperature and the bag split at the seam. Not really a problem but just be aware.

EASY TO USE
Some of your customers complained that there were no instructions...but anyone who decorates cakes should be able to figure it out. The three part insert bothered me at first, as my fingers were fumbling. I still think I might glue the three parts together, but I was impressed at the beautiful roses that I produced. Looking forward to the next birthday cake!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just received these and am excited to use them. I had to contact the company regarding the ebook instructions download for the tips and I had a response within hours along with the download. Best customer service. Would recommend them to others.

Don't waste your money
The product came exactly as described and packaged well. I do not have a problem with the company itself. However the tips are not as easy to use as described. I have experience making flowers and different leaves and trims with regular tips. These tips do not work the same. I was very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
