Must have smart lock for bedroom great buy!!!
The media could not be loaded. I love that it was easy to install aside from the hiccup of trying to figure out how to detach the two knobs but I got it! Once I was able to install the smart lock and add my fingerprints and codes in the app, I was immediately able to use my fingerprint and code to open my door. No issues yet and will monitor the battery usage. The other dislike is not being able to connect it to Alexa, I’m sure there is a way if anyone can share but that part kind of sucks… overall worth the purchase.

It’s horrible
The lock only worked for 2 months without any issues. Now I can not get in my door unless I have the key, the finger print don’t work, the password doesn’t work and the app work unlock the door either only the key. Waste of money. I have changed batteries, reset, and uninstalled to reinstalled the app and no change.

The media could not be loaded. I like this smart lock it works well despite reading other views I have noticed no matter what you do it would not connect to the Alexa app but no worries still a great Buy still can use the app to unlock it so overall I'm enjoying it

One of the best products ever made if I wasn't on a fixed income I would buy a lot more thanks again for less trouble when I get to my door.

Amazing Secure Door Knob!!
I used this the create a closet gun safe. It is awesome, works great, but if you do not have an apple phone or tablet, you will not be able to setup using the App.

This thing stops working after original batteries drain
Buyer beware of this brand. After the batteries ran out on this door lock and replacing with new batteries, the door lock does not work at all. No way to contact this seller directly or any response.

Not impressed
Couldn't set the codes and when I did, it reset and anyone could unlock the door. I had to call Amazon because there wasn't any number to call the company directly. They sent then an email and that's when I heard back from them. I ended up buying a keyless pad which I didn't want to do. I personally felt this was too good to be true. Also, the fingerprint reader won't work if it's wet or if your finger is cold.
