Since then I've been buying it in England and was thrilled that I could finally find it on desertcart for a good price. When you first start using it it does sting a little. Not badly so but you can definitely feel it. I used it daily for the first week after my shower and at the end of that I had lovely soft skin with no "chicken skin" on my elbows or legs. Now I just use it twice a week. It does smell slightly medical but no offensively so.
