Quite expensive for a bar...but it's very well made and the swivels work really well. If you can afford it you won't find a better one.

This bar is made to a high standard with good quality steel. I wanted something to attach my resistant bands to but also feel safe they would not come apart under pressure from the bands. I use them for chest and back pull downs simulated dead lifts also assisted chin pull ups. The bar is very strong and sturdy and I feel very reassured it wont fail and come apart.

Very well built. I had worries it wouldn’t hold up to heavy duty use. Has held up absolutely fine, deadlifts with very large band no problems. The rings spin very smooth, almost too smooth for certain movements. Fir the standard lifts I like a less spinny bar but works fine. The diameter is a little large for my liking, would prefer a 28-30mm size but I get why they have went with this size. Knurling is very passive, so passive you can actually put bands right on the bar for certain movements without worry of damaging them. Overall for the price I think it’s worth it and better than most alternatives out there. I would recommend buying larger triangle hooks for the bands, the ones that find with it doesn’t fit wide bands. I bought m10 and m12 stainless steel ones and they work much better. Again for the price I’m happy with it.

Good quality product, easy to use. Have trained with weights for 40 years, but variable resistance training could convince me I don't need to lift another weight. So far I am impressed.

Trying to keep fit whilst traveling is always arduous so I invested in some exercise bands and whilst they are good you are somewhat limited with what can be done, hence purchasing this bar. It's well made and not especially heavy, easily carried in hold luggage. The additional clips are a great addition, it has allowed a greater range of exercises to be undertaken and gives a more realistic barbell approach to some exercises. If you like to exercise in private then I have no problem recommending this bar as agood addition to your home gym

A bit fiddly to start with (assembly) instructions very basic. Very long, not great for use in narrow or small spaces. Great, though if you're making a home gym. Not compatible with all resistance bands. You have to buy their own brand of bands which is expensive.

This is not cheap but you do get what you pay for. It's very well made and will last a lifetime. The weight limit is more than others. I would definitely recommend this to enhance your training

The item arrived on time, very pleased with it. Question is i see that the Bars are either 75cm or 90cm, i ordered the 90cm, are there anymore 90cm available, the display only say's 75cm. ?.

Super Teil! Bereue es nicht, es gekauft zu haben. Ist stabil, ziemlich leicht und gibt einem etwas mehr Langhantel-Gefühl wenn man mit Bändern oder Expander-Federn arbeitet. Ob das angegebene Maximalgewicht (500lbs/227kg) tatsächlich so hoch ist, wage ich zu bezweifeln, aber für die meisten Nutzer sollte es vollkommen ausreichen. Auch das Kugellager hat mich positiv überrascht, da es ähnlich wie bei Olympischen Langhanteln mehr Flexibilität beim Greifen und Heben ermöglicht.Zwei Kritikpunkte gibt es von mir dennoch:- 90cm Länge ist mit breiter Schulter etwas knapp wenn man einen weiten Griff möchte - 100cm oder gar 110cm Grifflänge wären ideal.- Es kommt recht häufig, dass sich während der Benutzung die Stangensegmente einen Spalt weit auseinanderschrauben. Lässt sich schnell selbst unter Last beheben, aber sollte man im Auge behalten.Alles in allem war es den Preis wert und tut in seinem Anwendungsgebiet (Bänder) weitaus mehr als ne einfache Langhantel für den gleichen Preis.

La barra risulta davvero solida. Provata con vari elastici e non si piega. Perfetta per chiunque si alleni con gli elastici. (Elastici non inclusi come descritto nell’inserzione).Perfetto per allenarsi combinando le varie rubberband e arrivare a carichi davvero importanti anche a casa con poco spazio.

Great bar for working out with resistance bands. I especially liked that it had 2 possible lengths: a longer one if you connect the 3 parts (which I use for chest, back, and leg exercises); and a shorter one if you combine only 2 of the 3 parts (which I use for biceps and triceps exercises).The bar is pretty solid and so far I haven't found any negative points about it.It's pricey when compared to other options available here on Amazon, but I definitely recommend it!
