pitiful.
the quality of these insoles are way under par. they crumbled after I wore them one time. I missed my return window because I did not wear them for a few days after i received them and that is upsetting. so lesson learned, but I will not ever buy from this company again.

3mm flexible cork insole. Used to replace over designed lunar foam insole.
Basically what I was looking for. Wanted to make cork insoles to replace another shoe's pair, because I didn't like how the other ones were over designed. I was excited to fine two pairs of insoles, so I wasn't as worried about messing up the cut.The shoe I have are Nike Hyperfeels (men, size 10), and I ordered these cork insoles in a size 10. It worked out great. The insole was a little larger than the shoes, but since they are just cork, I was able to trace the shoe and cut out the insole to size with a pair of scissors. The only thing I don't like about the insoles is that after wearing them in for a month or so, the cork is separating a little in areas where my feet apply the most pressure. I'm not sure if this would be the case with any cork insole over time, but I am leaning towards that. The cork isn't very thick (probably 3mm thick at most), and is pretty flexible.Overall, I think it's a fine product, and when the first pair actually tear in half or become unusable, I'll cut the other pair to size and glue a leather upper on them.

Worked awesome for my intended purpose!
I have a pair of motorcycle boots that were just a hair too big. I did not want to wear thicker socks as it would only make my feet too warm and sweaty.I bought these for the purpose to take up some space in my boots underneath the OEM insoles. I did not need added cushioning or arch support. I needed a semi-rigid insole that was somewhat flexible. These looked to fit the bill. My boots are 10.5, the insoles I got are size 10.They were easy to trim to fit (I only had to trim some of the width, not length) and were flexible and easy to install in my boots. I had no problem getting them into the boots. They about 3mm thick and I was surprised to see they are made in Canada. After installing the cork insoles, reinstalling the OEM insoles and trying my boots on, the fit was near perfect! For less than $7 you do get (2) pair of insoles. I'm very happy so far and we'll see how they perform. If needed I will update my review.

I put them underneath the insole
Used for two shoes, notably my timberland work boots. I'm not sure why someone would consider this a standalone insert though. I put them underneath the timb's anti fatigue insole and think I found the perfect combo. No more pain after being on concrete for 8 hours.. Plus they're cheap enough to replace regularly (even though I doubt that) so I don't see any disadvantages here.

Disappointing
These insoles are so thin they are useless.

Two Stars
too small for size 10, about half size. uncomfortable for use because of this.

they worked great, but this is not a good product for ...
These insoles were very quickly torn to shreds in both pairs of shoes that I put them in. For the first week or so, they worked great, but this is not a good product for a shoe you wear every day.
