Momofuku Chili Crunch by David Chang, (5.5 Ounces), Chili Oil with Crunchy Garlic and Shallots, Spicy Chili Crisp

This is the best off the shelf chili oil I have tried. It has a really good crunch and you can clearly taste the garlic. It is not overly spicy and has a slight sweetness that balances everything out. It works well on eggs, soup, rice, and even roasted vegetables. A little goes a long way, so even though the price is on the higher side, the jar lasts quite a while. If you want a chili oil with texture and depth of flavor without extreme heat, this is a solid option.

SO YUM! This chili crunch lives up to its name with a bold, well-balanced flavor that enhances a wide range of dishes. You’ll probably use it up quickly because it’s that good.

Best chili oil I've ever used. My ex-husband is Vietnamese and what he eats is like eating fire with no actual flavor. He kissed me on the cheek once after eating it and I instantly got a liquid filled blister. This has flavor it has multi-layered flavor and the sesame seeds really at a texture and interest to the noodles that I didn't expect at all. I started out with a very Bland noodle I got Sesame miso which was a little sweeter than I wanted and really didn't have a lot of flavor so that's a good one to start with but add this to it and it's really quite good I think this would work on nearly anything I'm a little afraid that I'm going to have to buy it by the case. Black truffle is next!

Absolutely delicious, if you're thinking of getting it, go for it! I only gave it 4 stars because the lid did leak a little but luckily it was while it was still wrapped so it didn't make a mess. Just be sure to store the jar upright. It's still 100% worth it and I plan to get more.

Delicious! It does pack some heat, but it really packs a lot of flavor. Jar was sealed, plastic band around lid, no leaks, no rancid smell. I bought some Momofuko sweet and spicy noodles, which was very good on its own, but I had to add some Chili Crunch to it...So good! I will be buying more! I do recommend!

It's not bad.I've used it on chicken and pork and I like it.It's just an added flavor topping could have a little bit more something to it, I just put a dash of salt in it , and it works great.
