I needed to replace my five-year-old nail clippers and purchase these for my two cats. I trim their nails about once every two weeks.These are easy to hold and stay on my fingers while I try to get my cat on my lap to hold their nails up to cut.I am able to see very clearly how much nail there is before I cut and it only takes one time to cut through the nail. It takes some getting used to, but it clips the nail cleanly and pretty easily. It helps to get a flat light underneath the paw to make sure the quick isn't being clipped. The handle is a little smaller than I expected. It's the size of kids scissors, but it fit my husband's hands just fine (he's the clipper while I keep the cat calm). He is a lefty, so that's a slight adjustment too.

Works great on my toy poodle. Much better than using the bulky clippers for regular sized dogs.

The same were made and works good. Only used one time on one cat toenail because my cat don't like her nails clipped. But they were sharp clipped well then not hurt my cat. Wish my cat would let me use them on her It would save taking her to the vet to get them clipped.
